High temperature lining wear-resistant gate valve
The products sold by the company include cast steel gate valves, high-temperature and high-pressure power station gate valves, sulfur resistant gate valves, slag discharge gate valves, and high and medium pressure electric gate valves. They have the characteristics of low fluid resistance, small impact erosion on sealing surfaces, no change in medium flow direction, small opening and closing torque, and a wide range of applicable pressure and temperature. They are the most commonly used block valves for cutting off or connecting media in pipelines, and are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, energy, transportation, mining, metallurgy, and agricultural hydropower.
HT cast steel valve, low weight class adopts bolt connected valve cover structure, high weight class (above class 900) adopts pressure self sealing valve cover design, lifting valve stem, without lifting handwheel.
The design of the valve body and valve cover has undergone strict calculations, with good strength, stiffness, and flow capacity, in accordance with American standard specifications. The HT gate valve cover is designed with an upper sealing seat, which makes the packing seal more reliable in the fully open position and facilitates the replacement of the packing.
The HT gate valve adopts an elastic single gate plate, which has good adaptability to the deformation of the valve body, ensuring the reliability of sealing and avoiding the phenomenon of the gate plate being difficult to open due to overload. Therefore, it is more suitable for steam and other high-temperature media.
The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, which has good corrosion resistance and friction resistance.
There are two types of connection between the valve seat and valve body: threaded connection and welding. The threaded connection makes the valve seat easy to disassemble and maintain or replace; The sealing surface is made of Stellite alloy overlay welding, and the sports sealing pair has high hardness, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and longer service life.
The valve stem and gate plate of the HT gate valve are connected by a T-shaped groove, and the T-shaped head of the valve stem is forged as a whole to ensure sufficient connection strength. The valve stem is operated by driving the valve stem nut with a handwheel. The thread transmission between the valve stem and the valve stem nut adopts a moderate fit gap and a unique tooth shape correction treatment to ensure the flexibility of the valve drive. The upper mounted valve stem nut keeps the valve in the open position, even if the handwheel is removed, the valve stem and gate will not fall. For high-pressure large-diameter gate valves, thrust bearings are designed at the valve stem nut. The shut-off valve is embedded with a hard stainless steel material at the contact point between the valve disc and the valve stem head, which prevents deformation due to compression or affects the flexibility of the valve disc movement due to rust.
The size and quantity of fillers meet the requirements of various standards and ensure the reliability of sealing. The filler is made of graphite material (excluding asbestos). Packing spacer rings can be provided upon user request. (Standard products do not provide packing spacer rings)
Usage:
HT gate valves are suitable for cutting off and connecting media on pipelines in various working conditions such as power plants, chemical industry, petroleum, etc., with ANSI class 150-3500 and operating temperature of -29-570 ℃. Applicable media include water, steam, oil, etc.
